How to get to XUK Activity

As with everything else at XUK, travelling there is all about giving you as much choice as possible. We offer the following options – please feel free to e-mail or call us on +44 20 8922 9739 should you have any questions.

Making your Own Way

You can bring your child directly to XUK - New Eccles Hall School, Quidenham, Norfolk, NR16 2NZ

Check in is between 15:30 and 16:30 on the arrival day and collection is between 10:00 and 11:00 on the day of departure.

Airport

We pick up from Stansted (closest airport to camp), Heathrow & Gatwick.

Flights should arrive between 12:00 and 14:00 and depart between 14:00 & 16:00. Please note that there are additional charges for arrivals and departures outside these times.

We leave plenty of time to allow for traffic, check in and airport regulations so although there is some waiting, we know you'd prefer it this way round!

Eurostar

If booking the Eurostar coming into St Pancras, trains should...

Arrive at St Pancras at:
13:30 (from Paris).
12:57 / 12:58 (from Brussels)

Depart from St Pancras at:
14:22 (to Paris)
15:04 (to Brussels - for 20th August please contact us)

We leave plenty of time to allow for traffic, check in and Eurostar regulations so although there is some waiting (with our staff) especially for departures, we know you'd prefer it this way round!

St Pancras - Meeting

If using St Pancras as our meeting point, please meet at...

Arrival day at St Pancras:
13:15 at Eurostar arrival gate / door

Departure day at St Pancras:
13:00 at Eurostar check in desks

We leave plenty of time to allow for traffic to get into London so although there is some waiting (with our staff) we know you'd prefer it this way round!

Zoe had a most unbelievable time...

We were obviously a little concerned about her coming on her own and not knowing anyone (though we do know that Zoe doesn't suffer from shyness!) but she was made to feel at "home" immediately by you and your wonderful staff.
