Additionally you must be able to:
- Be 18 years old or older on the first day of camp
- Work under pressure
- Successfully interact and communicate with children and parents
- Work within a team, collaborating & supporting colleagues
- Follow written procedures correctly
- Think on your feet and adapt to difficult situations
The following qualities/achievements are desirable:
Proven experience & a passion for working with children
A resiliant person who wishes to improve and be able to take instructions from others.
Qualifications (which must be valid and certified with original documents) include, but are not limited to:
- Teaching (PGCE/ QTS etc.)
- First Aid/ Paediatric First Aid
- EFL (e.g.: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, DELTA)
- Management
- Specific activity coaching awards (Sport, Dance, Art, Drama, Cookery)
- Nurses or healthcare professionals
