If your application is successful you will be invited to a group interview on one of the following Saturdays:
- 21st January
- 25th February
- 18th March
- 22nd April
- 13th May
- 10th June
- 24th June
Our Interviews
Safer recruitment is at the core of our application process, and the interview stage is a crucial element.
XUK interviews offer you the chance to demonstrate:
- How you cope in a pressured and new environment
- Your natural role within a team
- How you interact with others
- Your personality
- The position most suited to you
The interviews include:
- Working in a team
- A chance for candidates to ask and answer questions
- Running a pre-prepared activity by yourself.
- Verification of certificates, qualifications and identity documents
For certain positions, such as management roles, the application process may require a second interview stage.
Remember, your time is precious, so XUK need to be the right fit for you! Make sure you have researched the camps and jobs and come prepared with lots of questions.
