We believe XUK Day Camps is the best run and most exciting Easter and Summer day camp in North London.

Age Groups

  • 3 – 4’s (Pre-Reception)
  • 5 – 6’s (Reception & Year 1)

Times

  • 08:30 – 09:30 (‘Early’ option)
  • 09.30 – 15.30
  • 15:30 – 17:00 (‘Late’ option)

Mini Minors Activities

Groups takes part in a wide range of activities so each day is different! Activities and entertainers are tailored to each of the age categories to ensure that they are appropriate.

3 – 4’s (Pre-Reception)

We have great activities for this age-group at Mini Minors. We aim for a good balance of indoor and outdoor, art and sport. We understand that many of this age group may be attending a camp for the first time (and may not have been to nursery before) and we adapt our approach to make these children and parents as comfortable and settled as possible.

Here are some of the fantastic activities that could be on offer to our 3-4’s:

  • Zumba
  • Salt dough
  • Fencing
  • Story telling
  • Treasure hunts
  • Role play
  • Printing with shapes and paint
  • Teddy Bears Picnic
  • Badge making
  • Football

Mini Minors Activities

5 – 6’s (Reception & Year 1)

Our 5 and 6 year olds approach activities in a more advanced way to our youngest age group at Mini Minors. They also have sessions with our more grown up outside entertainers, which might include: Fencing, Yoga, Street Dance and so on.

Here are some of the activities our campers could be doing:

  • Football skills
  • Scavenger hunts
  • Parachute games
  • Mask making
  • Construction
  • Face painting
  • Athletics
  • Cheerleading
  • Clay modelling

A typical day at Mini Minors

Our 3 – 4’s and 5 – 6’s have a fantastic variety of indoor and outdoor activities and a balance of Arts and Sports!

  • Full day – 09:30 – 15:30
  • Extend your child’s day with ‘Earlies’ from 08:30 or / and ‘Lates’ until 17:00

If you need to get to work, have a meeting or your child just can’t get enough of us, we will be available from 08:30 (our ‘earlies’) for some early games and relaxation.

Sign your child in, have an opportunity to meet our staff and be able to see your child’s action-packed timetable.

We will have activities already underway so your child can join in as soon as they’ve said goodbye! From Lego to Potato Printing and Mask Masking to Small World!

It could be making instruments or making animal masks!

We need a quick break to refuel ready for the rest of the fun we’ve got planned for this morning!

Whilst having a snack, it’s time for a few repeat after me songs!

From Fencing to Cheerleading, our entertainers bring something a little different to Mini Minors!

The sun is shining so it’s time to go outside on a Scavenger Hunt and a play on the climbing frame!

After all the fun this morning, we are all feeling a little bit peckish and need to renew our energy levels for the afternoon!

Once we’ve finished our packed lunch… We can head outside to play some games with our friends!

What have we got on offer this afternoon?

Face painting, Junk Modelling, Finger Puppets and Moon Sand… The fun never stops!

It’s time for a session with one of our Sports Entertainers – which sport will we be focusing on today?

Football? Athletics? Basketball?

Can you believe that the day is almost over? We have time for one last activity of the day… Let’s head out into the playground for some parachute games!

Wow, what a fun day that was…

Before we go home, it’s time to relax and listen to a story!

The day at Mini Minors might be over, but you can tell your friends and family all about your day! You might even take some artwork home that you can share with them!

Don’t forget, if 15:30 is a little early for you, the day can be extended until 17:00 at our ‘Lates’.

After a jump around on the bouncy castle, a play in the ball pit and maybe a relax with a TV show… it’s time to say goodbye until tomorrow…
