We accept Childcare Vouchers, credit cards (including AMEX), debit cards, bank transfers (from UK and abroad) and cash. All bookings will be confirmed by email and act as receipts.

By booking our camps, all parents / guardians must sign up and agree, on behalf of them and the camper, to our Policies & Procedures, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Rules. If you do not agree with these do not book and please contact us.

Please feel free to contact us by email if you have any specific questions and would like help before booking. Please be as specific as you can with any questions so we can give you a detailed and meaningful answer. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.

Making payment

Debit / Credit card payment

You can pay with a debit / credit card by logging into your XUK account and selecting ‘make a payment’.
If you do not know how to do this please contact us.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please remember that it can take 7 – 10 days to reach us and we will not accept your booking until we have received the payment.

If you require our bank details, please contact us (we have not disclosed them on the website for security purposes)

We accept Childcare vouchers from many different schemes.

Please check our availability before making any payments. If you are unable to make a Childcare payment immediately, it may be necessary to book/hold your place using a debit card, before making a subsequent Childcare transfer.
