Week 3 XUK news
What a great week! We have had many exciting activities including fencing, taekwondo and archery. Our younger campers enjoyed an afternoon of wizard fun with a Harry Potter Day and made wands, wizard's hats and cloaks before playing some 'Quidditch'.
Various countries were visited during International Day where we decorated flags, played sports from around the world, and learned different national anthems.
On Wednesday we had our big trip to Cambridge and saw the beautiful historic buildings. Some of us also managed to do some shopping and picnic in the park!
Last night was all fun and games in our Summer Fair. We enjoyed a coconut shy, donkey rides, apple-bobbing, face painting, fortune telling, and many other fantastic stalls.We are all looking forward to our Saturday night barbecue and show tonight. Bring on the disco tunes!
