Stunning New Eccles Hall in East Anglia is the setting for XUK's kids' camp, which was rated as "outstanding" by Ofsted last year. As well as offering the usual quad biking and high ropes, activities also include DJ workshops and friendship bracelet making. Teens are treated like adults with the possibility of DJing at and running the weekly show, cinema trips, and pizza and pampering nights.
Stay: Dorms are split according to age and sex, but there is also a new wigwam option.
Scoff: XUK tries to promote healthy eating, offering wholesome lunch and dinner options alongside a salad/pasta bar and fresh fruit.
Suits: The strong mix of high energy and more sedate activities means that pretty much everyone aged between six and 17 is catered for.
Price: £349 per week. Go to www.xkeys.co.uk or call 020 8371 9686.
