At our Residential Summer Camp our children and teens take a trip to the historical city of Cambridge to see the sights and to do a spot of shopping!
Beautiful Cambridge
Hi everyone! We are back safe and sound from our day trip to Cambridge. It is such a beautiful city with something for everyone – shops, sights and lovely food!
We particular enjoyed looking at the world famous Kings College, where a lot of the groups stopped for some wonderful homemade ice cream that was on sale.
Several of our teen girls wanted to visit the shops and there were several Primark bags to load on to the coaches as we returned to XUK late this afternoon!
Sadly, when we got back there were a few drops of rain which meant we had to eat our BBQ dinner inside – however, it didn’t stop the staff v kids football match……..we won’t talk too much about this as the staff didn’t do too well!!
A rematch is on the cards!!
