It’s been another fantastic year at our summer school, XUK English! We have all returned home with new memories, friendships and an unforgettable experience. With children attending from all other the world, we have embraced the opportunity to learn about each other in our English lessons as well as improve our English skills!
At the end of each summer, we ask parents for their feedback about our summer school. We are always open to new ideas of how we can make XUK English even better.
We have received lots of wonderful feedback and comments that we are really excited to share with you… As you know, our engaging and exciting English lessons are the main focus of XUK English summer school. We know that our students learn best when our English lessons are interactive and innovative.
89% of our parents rated the English lessons as good or excellent.
After a morning of English lessons, we give our students the opportunity to use their new and improved English with their friends outside of the classroom. We offer Active and Social activities in the afternoon and evening – some of these include fencing, tennis, football, dance workshops, arts and crafts, yoga and casino nights!
93% of parents rated our activities as good or excellent.
Our staff team is made up of qualified English Teachers and Activity Leaders. XUK English would not be as great as it is without them! 96% rated our English Teachers and Activity Leaders as good or excellent!
Each week we go on two excursions, one to either London or Cambridge and another to a historical local city or seaside resort. The trips are a perfect opportunity for our students to practice the content they learnt in their English lessons outside of camp.
93% of parents rated the trips as good or excellent.
Last year, we introduced our fantastic Optional Extras: Horse Riding and Go Karting. Our students loved these trips this year – with 92% rating them as good or excellent!
