All our teachers are qualified, experienced and in tune with the XUK way of teaching and communicating.
We are keen for our teachers and children to have a good working relationship, so if you are not satisfied for any reason, we will find you a different teacher.
Nick and Richard continue to manage XUK online teaching closely, are committed to the very highest standards and welcome all feedback.
We offer online English classes for children and teens of all ages, as well as adults – all customised to the student’s specific requirements. Each student is matched with a teacher based on their individual needs, level and availability. Here are some of our wonderful teachers – who have taught with XUK over many years, both in person and online. Hello I’m Dawn! I’ve been teaching English for over 11 years and I have been living in Spain for 10 years now! I was the Director of Studies at XUK English Summer School this and last year (this was my 5th summer at camp!), and I have been teaching online for XUK for 3 years. I’ve prepared students for most the exams going; Cambridge all levels, IELTs, Trinity ISE & GESE and the Oxford Test of English.
Hello I’m Andy! In the past I have taught all ESL abilities, A1 – C2 for ages 7 to 8+, both in classrooms and online! I also have experience teaching IELTS Academic and General Training test preparation. My qualifications include a PGCE with Qualified Teaching Status in the UK, and a Level 5 certificate in TEFL!
Hi my name is Georgina! I’ve been teaching for 30 years across all ages and levels. I’ve lived and taught in many countries around the world, and I specialise in exam preparation for Cambridge, Trinity, IELTS, PTE, TOEFL and Conversation classes for adults!
Hello I’m Ciaran! I’ve been teaching English for over 4 years in the UK, China, and, most recently, in Spain as an English teacher at an Academy. My qualifications include a BA in Classical Studies, a Masters in Creative Writing, and a Level 5 TEFL. I have experience working with all ages and preparing for Cambridge (all levels) and Language Cert exams.
My name is Jennie and I’m an English language teacher from the north of England. I have around 15 years of experience teaching English in various settings all around the world including summer camps in China,immersive courses for military officers in Spain, and language institutes in Peru and Mexico – as well as online! My qualifications include a PhD in English and a Trinity CertTESOL.
Hello! My name is Chris and I’m an English teacher with over 17 years of experience teaching in Asia, Europe and Africa. In the past I have taught at International Schools, government schools,language schools, and of course at XUK! My qualifications include a BA in Education (Specialising in Secondary Education) and CELTA certificate. I am currently completing a Masters in Education.
Hi I’m Andy! I have been teaching English in various countries around the world for 7 years. I’ve worked in Indonesia and Czech Republic, but I am currently teaching in Italy – where I have lived for around 5 years! I do a lot of exam preparation with students, especially the Cambridge Exams, and I have a world TEFL qualification.
