And so February begins… With a sigh of relief, we can almost see the light at the end of the tunnel as we charge towards spring with open arms. Our need for warm weather in the camp office is growing and talks of travel, holidays and our plans for year 2015 is a hot topic. With all of this conversation in the camp office, we want to let you know what we are most excited about in 2015, where we would most like to travel to for a holiday and what we love about our summer camps. Richard, Nick, Hannah and Annie answer these questions with hope and excitement gleaming from their eyes. So with no further ado, let’s find out about the camp office's plans!

Richard: Being with my wife and daughters, spending another summer with an amazing team of colleagues/friends and hopefully going on a lovely holiday at some stage!

Nick: I am looking forward to the arrival of our 4th (and I assume final!) baby and of course to running another great year of camps.

Hannah: So much: My dad has retired, my mum is on the verge, my sister has bought her first place and I cannot wait to see my friend Caroline get married in the U.S!

Annie: After recently moving to London, I cannot wait to explore the city and discover all of its hidden treasures! I am looking forward to spending time with my friends and family and reuniting with the XUK team for weeks of fun, laughter and activities during the summer. Fingers crossed I may even plan a holiday to get some sun!

Richard: Around Australia. Love the place, people and climate!

Nick: If I could travel to anywhere in the world, it would probably be Lapland. However, I have a very busy year ahead with having my own children at school and the arrival of our baby - we may not fit in a holiday this year!

Hannah: I want to see as much of America as possible, more of Europe, places closer to home, and go back to India and Greece. I am desperate to see the Northern Lights!

Annie: There are so many places I want to see and travel to. However, I would have to say America! I have always wanted to hire a car and explore the beautiful cities at my own pace!

Richard: Being with so many positive, friendly people. Seeing the children and teens benefit & enjoy out of the camps we work so hard to put on for them

Nick: I love meeting all the kids and parents and hearing that they have had a great time with us!

Hannah: It has always and will always be the same answer- I LOVE seeing kids and teens from all over the world integrate and form relationships. I really think that camp changes lives- for the staff and kids!

Annie: It was my first experience in working at a summer camp last year and I absolutely loved it. I loved being around such happy, friendly and enthusiastic people and creating a unique and unforgettable holiday for children from all over the world.
