Week 2: Sunday 17 to Sunday 24 July
Week 3: Sunday 24 to Sunday 31July
Week 4: Sunday 31July to Sunday 7 August
Week 5: Sunday7 to Sunday 14 August
Week 6: Sunday14 to Saturday20 August
